As Chair, my priority is to ensure the board provides clear strategic oversight, safeguards the company's integrity, and holds management accountable for operating with transparency and a long-term perspective. We expect leaders to set the tone, and every person in the company to act in accordance with our values: do what's right, seek better ways, and make a difference.

Protecting trust-in our advice, our markets activity and our stewardship of client assets-requires constant vigilance: robust controls, rigorous compliance with law and market rules, and an environment where concerns can be raised without fear. We will continue to invest in governance, people and systems that strengthen resilience and ethical conduct.

Our purpose is to create value for our clients-and how we do that matters. Our values guide every decision and action. This Code of Conduct translates those values into practical expectations for how we work: safely, respectfully and with integrity. It applies to everyone who works for us, with us or on our behalf.

We rely on these principles to build trust with our clients, partners and the communities where we operate. They shape the way we advise, transact and trade and they help create a workplace where people feel safe to speak up when something doesn't seem right. Every one of us must be an active custodian of this culture.
